Operator: FREE Sanctuary runtime services. Product: Voxryn AI (public companion experience; agent identity "Jennifer"). The governed engine is the FREE Runtime.

This policy describes how information is handled when you use the Voxryn AI mobile app, the public web pages we host (including this site), and the FREE Sanctuary API you configure as your "Runtime URL" (typically https://app.voxryn.ai).

What we collect

Account and sign-in: username, password (stored using strong one-way hashing on the server), optional profile fields you provide (e.g. display name, email), and session tokens used to keep you signed in.
Messages and context: text you send, focus thread selection, and related context the runtime needs to respond (including server-side history your operator retains for continuity and safety).
Technical data: IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic metadata typical of HTTPS services (errors, rate limits, security logs).
On your device: the app may store your Runtime URL, session token, and preferences locally so the app can reconnect.

How we use it

To authenticate you, run the assistant (identity Jennifer inside Voxryn AI), enforce safety and governance, improve reliability, and detect abuse.
To persist conversation and account state according to server configuration (your operator controls retention and exports).

Third parties

AI model providers: when the operator enables cloud models, prompts and context needed for a reply may be sent to that provider under their terms (e.g. OpenAI when configured).
Apple / Google: app distribution and platform services are subject to their policies.
We do not sell your personal information. This policy does not list every subprocessors your operator may add; your operator should keep App Store "Privacy Nutrition" labels aligned with production configuration.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Voxryn AI user account and associated data at any time:

Mobile app (Voxryn AI): sign in, open the ⋮ menu, choose Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
Web: open /delete-account (e.g. https://app.voxryn.ai/delete-account), sign in on that page, then confirm with your password and delete.

Deletion removes your sign-in profile, active sessions, conversation memory and focus threads on the server, uploaded images tied to your account, and adaptive dialogue profile data. Gross health-and-safety violations may be retained in a separate operator safety log as described in server policy—this does not keep your account active. Admin/operator accounts cannot be self-deleted through this flow; contact your operator.

Children

Voxryn AI is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under the age required in your region without parental consent where applicable.

We may update this page. The "Effective" date will change when material updates are posted here.
